TouchDesigner Integration
Art Direction for The Prisoner Ball, an inaugural immersive event introducing guests to the world of The Prisoner Wine Company through experiential storytelling, spatial design, and interactive media. The evening unfolded as a curated journey featuring wine tastings, sculptural food pairings, a hidden puzzle-room discovered through clues, DJ performances, and a venue transformed through projection, lighting, and motion-driven content.
A signature installation anchored the experience: three projection flats forming an interactive media environment. Two gesture-responsive surfaces flanked a central narrative display, allowing guests to influence the visuals’ scale and motion by moving their hands above a plinth equipped with a Leap Motion depth sensor. The system enabled playful, realtime manipulation of TouchDesigner-driven content, inviting attendees to create generative patterns, capture personalized visuals, and leave with a unique imprint of the night.
